L'auto del Jutge Pedraz reconeix que la mesura cautelar era totalment desproporcionada, tal com havíem assegurat Pirates dissabte, i era l'argument principal de la nostra denúncia, preparada per l'advocat Josep Jover, davant el TJUE i que ja estava pràcticament acabada. Això sí, Pirates de Catalunya mantindrà el treball anunciat amb els eurodiputats dels Pirates Europeus.
Finalment, volem felicitar a totes les entitats que han actuat de manera ràpida contra la mesura, tant les entitats de consumidors, entitats polítiques i sindicals, associacions en defensa dels drets humans com els activistes de manera individual o col·lectiva, que són els que realment han aconseguit donar la volta a aquesta absurda decisió.
